Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We’re accepting new patients for both our walk-in clinic and our family practice.
Do I need an appointment to use the walk-in clinic?
No. Just come in during our open hours. Walk-in services are suspended once the clinic reaches capacity, so earlier in the day is best, or call ahead.
How do I join the family practice?
Send us an appointment request and choose “Join the family practice,” or call (416) 483-0102. Our team will contact you to arrange your first visit.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your Ontario health card.
Can my family join too?
Our family practice is for you and your family. Mention everyone who would like to join when you call or send your request.
Is the online form a confirmed booking?
No. It is a request. Our team will contact you to confirm a time. Please book one issue per appointment, and give 24 hours’ notice by phone to change or cancel.
